Healing that goes deeper than the surface

Relational, compassionate therapy for trauma, anxiety, and the patterns that keep you stuck

Hi, I’m Kendra

I’m a social worker and therapist who helps people navigate the impacts of trauma, identify challenging relational patterns, explore self-concept, self-image and the narratives you hold about who you are, and build compassion for the parts of you that have been hurt, neglected, exiled and shamed. My work is compassionate, aware of the systems of oppression we are situated in, and grounded in the idea that we all have the innate capacity for healing.

I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Victoria, and am a Registered Social Worker with the BCCSW.
